Founded in 1998, the firm has since grown from small number of professional’s office in Mbabane, to a staff of over 35 personnel located in Five (5) offices in five (5) countries. IDCG is committed to quality and has operated a company-wide Quality Management System since the inception of company. We closely monitor the project for compliance with the plans, contract specifications and design standards from preconstruction through the final estimate and final offer of payment. Our team reviews the baseline Primavera CPM schedule, monitors scheduling and phasing of the construction; conducts preliminary review; ensures environmental compliance and quantity documentation and verification; and prepares the Final Estimates.
Project Managers (PMs) chart weekly construction dollars to date, working days completed to date, and consultant contract completed to date. Comparison of construction contract dollars and consultant dollars are monitored to determine if staffing costs are in line with work completed to date. Staffing needs are adjusted appropriately based on this analysis.

MATERIALS TESTING: Our materials testing laboratory can pinpoint quality trends in products, materials and workmanship and verify compliance with project specifications. All materials testing services are performed in accordance with national and international standards. As a leading consultant in concrete technology, we offer services ranging from concrete mix designs and full-time quality control for new construction projects to condition surveys and non-destructive evaluation of existing structures.
Our staff has extensive experience in the design and quality control of bituminous paving mixtures. We offer these services for hot mix, cold mix, recycled hot mix, hot in-place recycled, and polymer modified asphalt (PMA) hot mix paving mixtures.
Field quality control and quality assurance testing are also provided for masonry mortar, aggregate and soil. We can provide full-service laboratory trailers for projects that require a dedicated site laboratory.
